Acceptance

By using this website, submitting an enrollment form, or participating in the Protak training program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll.

The program

The Protak 1-Week Program is a seven-day, four-module tactical training experience delivered in the Republic of Moldova. It includes accommodation, meals, airport transfer, and all training equipment as described on the program page.

The published price is inclusive of the services listed on the "What's included" section of the program page. Optional add-ons or extensions are not included and must be arranged separately.

Eligibility

To enroll and participate you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of the cohort.
• Be legally permitted to travel to and stay in the Republic of Moldova for the duration of the program.
• Have no medical condition that would make firearms training, physical exertion, or field exercises unsafe. If in doubt, consult your physician before enrolling.
• Provide truthful information at registration and disclose any relevant medical, legal, or safety information.
• Comply with all local laws, safety instructions, and instructor directives during the program.

Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is confirmed only once payment has been received in full. Each cohort has a limited number of seats (currently ten). Seats are allocated on a first-paid basis.

The listed price is in Euros (€). Payment methods and instructions will be communicated after you submit an enrollment request. Bank fees, currency conversion charges, and card processing fees, if any, are borne by the participant.

Cancellation and refunds

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the cohort start date: full refund minus a €200 administrative fee.
• Cancellation 30 to 60 days before the start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the start date: no refund, though you may transfer your seat to another eligible person subject to our approval.
• If Protak cancels a cohort (for safety, logistical, or force majeure reasons), you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

Conduct during the program

The program involves firearms, physical exertion, and controlled scenario training. Safety depends on every participant following instructor directives at all times. Protak reserves the right to remove any participant from the program, without refund, whose conduct compromises the safety of themselves, other participants, staff, or the public.

Consumption of alcohol or intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited during training hours. Violation is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, program descriptions, training materials, and the Protak name and marks — is the property of Protak or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Training materials handed out during the program are for personal reference only and may not be shared, published, or resold.

Liability

Participation in the program requires acceptance of the Liability Waiver, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your participation in the program shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chișinău, Moldova, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy under the law of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
